Vision Statement

Many people want to know what contemplative sisters do all day.  Our weekday schedule can be found below. We adapt it when the need arises. Our day is shaped by the celebration of the Liturgy of the Hours.  It unfolds in a rhythm of personal prayer, communal prayer, community work, study, recreation and rest.
Our first scheduled community gathering is Morning Prayer at 7:30 am, but by that time many of us have already spent time in personal prayer, most have had breakfast, and perhaps have done some form of exercise.  Our last meeting of the day for prayer is at 7:30 pm, but many of us use the time before going to sleep for personal prayer.  We consider the quiet hours of the morning and evening as special times of grace.
